Pros

The company really takes care of the employees, the culture is great and it's a very fun environment. My colleagues are super friendly and always ready to assist with anything. Never before have I been part of such an amazing team.

Cons

I haven't experienced any. Some people find the dynamics too overwhelming but I quite enjoy it as it keeps me focused determined.
