Pros

Fast paced company with an awesome sports and entertainment product. Overall the company is full of really smart, nice, and hard working people. In-office perks are also top notch.

Cons

as with most start ups, there have been hiccups in organizational structure and management. It has impacted some functional areas more than others, and may require some shaking up of certain teams as needed to meet long-term objectives.
