      Pros

      From the beginning, even before I officially accepted my offer, the DraftKings team made me feel incredibly supported and welcomed. The communication throughout the process was clear, timely, and informative, so I always felt confident about what was expected of me. My recruiter was especially responsive and helpful, and I was never left waiting or uncertain at any stage.

      - Paid break (hour) - "Unlimited PTO" - Hybrid (2x in office) - Chill/easy role and great company environment

      Cons

      - Schedule changes every 6 months - 5 sick days - Do not apply expecting a Mon-Fri 9-5. If you don't mind working odd hours, then this wouldn't be a con.
