Pros

Work life balance seems good but can be a little boring

Cons

Not much innovation, can get really boring. Product sells itself really. Lots of red tape. every decision requires 30 people.

Fun Company, Poor Pay

Pros

Great in-office perks, cool opportunities and rewards, fun, like-minded colleagues.

Cons

Pay is awful and doesn’t keep up with inflation and the increasing cost of living. Work-life balance is tough - lots of weekends and evenings spent working (without overtime).

Cons
