Fantastic Environment

Pros

An amazing work environment full of people who have interest in the sports and entertainment space and in driving data driven insights. Plenty of opportunity to explore within product and platform analytics across all verticals (Sportsbook, Casino, Marketing etc.) A very supportive and encouraging environment for exploring personal interests as well.

Cons

Insights and output can often get redundant when looking through the same lens of focus, making it important to find new and unique opportunities whenever possible.

Pros

Work life balance seems good but can be a little boring

Cons

Not much innovation, can get really boring. Product sells itself really. Lots of red tape. every decision requires 30 people.
