Unlimited vacation = less time off there and at anywhere else I have worked. At times (understandable) quick shifts in priorities could be frustrating.

This place is filled with awful incompetent management. A lot of favoritism, unfairness, and unlawful acts. There are many employees with unpaid wages and bonuses and management is too incompetent to keep track of what they promise. My managers didn’t even know the basic rules or protocol for most of our work and we usually suffer by having to pick up the slack. I’ve contacted HR multiple times with no responses, there literally no where to turn. This place seems like a good place to work because of the brand, but in reality it’s ran by a bunch of young incompetent people that just don’t care.
