Pros

-modern tech stack -lots you can learn if you have a curious mindset -lots of smart people on the engineering side -fun and modern offices -great benefits (remote still allowed, unlimited PTO)

Cons

-lots of moving parts can make for difficult communication -work can be tedious / unmotivating -unpaid on-call even though it's taken very seriously here

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're glad you appreciate the tech stack, learning opportunities, team collaboration, and our benefits. We understand the challenges of optimizing communications and being on-call, especially during the busiest seasons in our industry. We're continuing to work with leadership to improve these areas. Your candid feedback is crucial as we work to address these concerns.

Pros

Compensation is nice however more of your total comp is in stock than preferable.

Cons

High stress environment especially peak season. Not much work life balance and don't think about balancing family life unless you can hire it out or have a stay at home.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear about the impact on work-life balance during peak season, especially around family commitments. We certainly want everyone to prioritize time outside work to recharge. Due to the nature of our industry and seasonality, we know that work may be busier at certain times of the year. We strongly encourage you to work directly with your manager to help support your workload. Your insights and candor are invaluable as we continue improving the work-life balance for our teammates.

Shift bids every time it gets close to NFL season! Management sucks

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re glad you value the flexibility of working from home. We understand the frustration with the annual shift bids, especially when they impact personal schedules. We've noted your concerns, and we’ll review our scheduling practices to find a better balance that considers both the company's needs and the work-life balance of our team members. Your feedback is important, and we’ll work on improving communication and support from management.
