Pros

Simple work. It's not difficult work. It is a lot to learn, but if you are a great communicator you'll do well. Hybrid schedule is awesome. And it's a plus that there's no phones work unless you want it.

Cons

There's a lot of systems to remember. There's not a lot of direction as far as time management goes. So you're expected to know how to self manage your time, which is amazing, because there's no micromanaging, but no one goes over that with you.
