      Pros

      One of the few companies where your opinion seems to be heard and taken into account, also the updated benefits package is very useful. No complaints regarding compensation and career opportunities as a personal development plan seems to conducted by the managers and it looks clear and not hard to accomplish. Also the culture feels quite friendly and open and there seem to be opportunities for internal mobility.

      Pros

      I think the best part about DraftKings is the company culture and the people. We all share a sense of pride for the work we do and we never settle, we are always motived to be the best at everything we do. I love seeing the growth of the company and my teammates.

      Cons

      At times there is a lot expected of you and you may be given more work than your job title entails. This isn't always the case throughout the year, but we do run into busy seasons. To me, I embrace the challenge and want to always be growing in my career.
