Pros

Dragos has helped me grow immensely in my career. It is challenging work and there is a lot to do, so coming from corporate the pace is a lot faster but worth while. They are willingly investing in their talent and building a company that will continue to have huge impact and protect lives.

Cons

Dragos can be challenging. There is A LOT of work and we are on a very serious mission that has real world implications. You have to love your work and be passionate about it to be successful here.

Love the Mission. Love the People. Love the Direction of the Product. Love that Doers and Mover are Valued. Only job I have ever had where I turn down recruiting calls because I don't want to see any reason to leave.

Cons

If you need long onboarding time, this isn't a place for you! You need to be ready, willing and EXCITED to contribute day one. If you are a "I only do what explicitly written in my job description" type person, I'd steer clear! Self-starters, can push project forward on your own without tons of oversight needed!!

It can feel disruptive, reactive, and noisy. You need to understand the environment, just like with any other job, to excel and grow.
