Pros

1. Great mentorship culture. Experienced engineers love helping out us noobies. 2. Great pay. Pay is a flat rate based on your year in college. Min is 25(freshman), max is 31.5(senior). grad interns also get payed more, up to 37 I think.

Cons

When you initially get started, it can be hard to get involved depending on the team you're on.

Pros

Draper has a lot of great things going on. You have the ability to switch groups and work on different projects every year or so if you desire. Also they will pay for your Doctorate!

Cons

Large company so some things take a while to get done. Lots and Lots of military contracts.

Pros

Interesting projects, good pay, projects have plenty of money, flexible work environment, great affordable cafeteria. You will never get fired unless you REALLY mess up somehow. The name of the company usually has a big effect on anyone in the industry. It's well respected.

Cons

Too many big egos to deal with, very secretive about everything (even when it's not necessary). The secrecy part can get in the way of completing your work, which can be frustrating. Bad communication was also somewhat common when I was there. This may have been because of the age of people I was working with, but I've worked at other places where communication between team members and other departments was much better and created better work.
