Pros

An incredibly dynamic, creative organization with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Cons

With the acquisition by Comcast/Universal, time will tell how the culture will evolve and if DWA will be able to keep it's own identity for employees and as a long-term consumer brand overall.

Compensation is lower than when working for a tech company. Somewhat slow in adopting new technologies, e.g. modern C++.
