Pros

Great Benefits Good Pay Great Hours No Crunch Fun Projects Great People

Cons

Honestly, my main issue with DW is already being addressed with projects like Bad Guys. It's nice to see this company push the boundaries of what 3d animation can be.

Pros

Great workplace environment and they really care about you. They provide a ton of perks which some might argue make up for the not-as-competitive salary. Definitely a place you'll enjoy working for and actually GOING to work for

Cons

Salary isn't as competitive as other studios
