Pros

Great company culture, events, camaraderie amongst coworkers, on-campus lifestyle, free breakfast and lunch at the cafeteria

Cons

Nearly impossible to branch out and add to your skillset on the job, the desire is for you to stay in your lane and don't make waves. Everything got worse once the new COO took over, a negative tone was cast over a previously bright place. Also the blanket ownership of anything you do outside of work unless you get your rights to it is very difficult for enterprising artists. When you are a DW artist, they own EVERYTHING you do, even outside of work.
