Pros

-great work life balance, especially for people with families -wonderful people to work with--one of the reasons why I stayed -amazing team/support from different departments

Cons

-disconnect between artists and business/corporate NBCUniversal... artists have voiced desire to create more complex films but studio continues to stick to franchises they know do well/only adapt films from popular children's books -lots of talk from longtime artists who speak of Dreamworks having way more perks and enrichment to the studio experience 5-10 years ago than presently
