Pros

Great place to work. Rare collection of extremely smart and creative people. Executives have very ambitious goals and creative appetite. You will be challenged in the company.

Cons

Stories and production processes need work.

Pros

Great people, good benefits, free (good!) food, movie screenings, and pretty clear upward mobility.

Cons

Very low pay, a lot of nepotism surrounding low level employees. nothing is free- keeps people near the desk so they can continue to work.
