Pros

The culture here is great. Lots of collaboration and hard problems to work out. Feels good to see your work get released to a large audience. The free food is also a big plus. Job feels fairly secure (rollover onto other productions is fairly fluid)

Cons

Salary and pay is relatively low.

Lovely campus, but diminishing interest in quality animation

Pros

Free food, lovely campus, fun events

Cons

CEO is uninterested in quality, breaks union rules and sets a low bar for pay compared to other studios. Tons of new opportunity also leads to too many young department heads. HR department‘s #1 goal is to keep wages low, rather than serve and protect staff from the bad apples.
