Pros

Great IPs, a lot of great people, a real desire to create a great environment

Cons

Senior Management in the weeds, preventing meaningful or realistic growth. A series of set backs has created low morale.

Pros

Great company. Family community. Health and 401k benefits. Quality free breakfast and lunch.

Cons

Bottom positions are undervalued and pay is on the lower end of the average. Most likely due to the free food.

Pros

Amazing people. The work is of the highest standard in the world. Very inspiring.

Cons

Too corporate. It's like working for the post office. HR is too strict, and even though DW tries to create atmosphere it's corporate america atmosphere. No real socializing outside of work...
