Good for family life. Not for career advancement.

Pros

The perks and benefits are good. Artistic development, etc. Generally the working hours are a regular schedule, and the campus is beautiful.

Cons

Pipeline is problematic, and technology doesn't get pushed as far as it should. Hard to get anything done or improved upon outside of the narrow view of the company. Leadership development is terrible. The opportunities are very limited inside the company. Expect to be in the same position for a long period of time. Not enough cross training.

Pros

Visionery CEO; free breakfast and lunch; highly talented employees; beautiful and clean campus; fun events; employee appreciation; work-life balance; free yoga; studio pride

Cons

The dynamic and culture changed in the most negative way the moment the Disney people zip-lined over.
