Pros

Great place to work, smart and energetic people, beautiful campus

Cons

Compensation is well below national average, hopefully made up for by quality of work/life. Projects can be kind of discouraging, TD role is mostly putting out fires in the eleventh hour which will inevitably need to be solved again on the next show.

Pros

Amazingly talented people all across the studio.

Cons

Studio has felt like it's been on shaky ground the past few years and it's had a serious impact on morale. It also seems like many people were not being given opportunities to grow.
