Pros

DreamWorks provides great perks to employees including paid gym memberships, on-site movie screenings, great health insurance, free breakfast/lunch, and 401k matching.

Cons

Having that many perks can sometimes mean that it is easy to get too comfortable there. Especially in R&D, where job stability is good, this leads to some engineers who have been coasting for years.
