Lovely campus, but diminishing interest in quality animation

Pros

Free food, lovely campus, fun events

Cons

CEO is uninterested in quality, breaks union rules and sets a low bar for pay compared to other studios. Tons of new opportunity also leads to too many young department heads. HR department‘s #1 goal is to keep wages low, rather than serve and protect staff from the bad apples.

Pros

- Free food (but the food sucks after a year) - The people are great - Nice campus! - You learn a lot under tight deadlines. - They try to keep you on for another project. - Cool events.

Cons

- Very low pay compared to other studios. They tend to hire new people so they can pay them less. - I've seen many of my friends taken advantage of and asked to do tasks above their paygrade/position, but not get the promotion/pay bump. - Poor upper management planning and tendency to give irrelevant notes. None of the execs have creative backgrounds and it does ruin the show. - No risk taking - shows come out pretty... bad. - Not enough development/smart planning time to make a show successful. - It's a constant repetitive grind with inflexible deadlines. - Budgets are very tight.

Pros

Free breakfast and lunch everyday Beautiful main campus that holds events often for employees Culture is great and people are too for the most part Great opportunities for growth and do to extracurricular activities like clubs, meditation etc

Cons

Production seemed a bit hostile, stressful, and unnecessarily competitive. Production blatantly treated as lesser in comparison to artists Very small pay for entry level production Slow growth for promotion Production management bullied multiple members on our crew Clear separation of TV and feature culture
