Pros

Good people, free food, people seem to really care about your future, stable work.

Cons

The company has grown so much, it isn't easy to get promoted anymore. They also seem to pay less than other studios do.

Sad to see the decline.

Pros

Great benefits, but declining in recent years.

Cons

In recent years there has been a dramatic decrease in employee relations. It is like the company no longer cares about the employees anymore, only about money. As if they are fattening the company up like a Thanksgiving turkey getting ready to sell. They also over work their legal, finance and accounting groups horribly. Working late hours and weekend for little pay.
