Pros

The scale of what they are doing is incredible. The amount of work they do and the variety of work they do is amazing. It's a diverse place.

Cons

Job security can be low and minimal for entry level employees and temp workers. The pay is very low for them as well with few benefits that the salaried people have.

Pros

You get to work along side some of the smartest and most talented artists, animators, and technical professionals anywhere found in the industry.

Cons

Senior management is disconnected from the difficulties they create for production artists, by not reigning in indecisive "creatives" or they simply don't care as long as deadlines get met.
