Pros

The best thing about DreamWorks is you are surrounded some of the best Artists in the world. The projects are creatively challenging and very rewarding. Being at DreamWorks, you know that you are working at one of the Elite studios in the Industry.

Cons

It is a very homogeneous environment. Everyone and everything is very politically correct, and it feels less like a creative environment and more like a government institution trying to be creative.

Pros

Great benefits for their employee. Free lunch. The hours are very flexible and they pay fairly well.

Cons

Production and management are ruining the culture of the company. They all came from disney and they re trying to squeeze as much as they can. Plus DW is sending all the work to india and we end up redoing it twice.
