Pros

As everyone says, the free food (which has gotten significantly worse since I arrived due to budget cuts), the beautiful campus, the transparent CEO, the people, getting the week between Christmas and New Years off. Also, the company is going in many new directions, some of which will be successful

Cons

Low pay, health insurance worse than industry average, terrible retirement plan, no stock options, no bonus or raise in 2013 due to poor performing Rise of the Guardians (Turbo is on track to be even worse), no stability (20% layoff earlier this year), vacation benefits worse than industry average

Pros

There are many good things about DWA, the free lunch, the location, but most of all, it's about the passionate people.

Cons

There is no upward mobility unless you are willing to threaten to quit. There is also the fact the the FX and movie industry is getting harder and harder to maintain in the US.
