Pros

They really care about their employees. There is an onsite Doctor, free food (breakfast and lunch) and the campus is beautiful.

Cons

Cubicles. There should be more office space, even if it was shared by 2 people. Also, there should be more flextime.

Pros

Great atmosphere Good projects Mostly great folks Good benefits Sick days/Vacation days are more than average

Cons

Wages mediocre, even after working there for years. Company would hire outside people and pay them a lot more that current employees Favoritism when coming to raise time Free food doesn't mean 2% raise covers cost of living Breeds competitive nature amongst coworkers instead of instilling a team mentality
