Pros

- Free food - Management is trained to communicate well - Openness about the direction the company is headed - Parties! - Beautiful campus! - Benefits are phenomenal - Jeffrey Katzenberg is awesome :)

Cons

- Salaries aren't at a competitive level - They've recently been a little tighter on their budget (due to the recession) (some repercussions have been positive, like efficiency, but some of the wrong areas are being cut) - You need to learn the nuances of senior management and their focuses to do well

A wonderful experience altogether.

Pros

If you're an artist and you're getting into computer animation, I recommend this job. It's quite fun once you get used to it.

Cons

Not much time off, some stress-related work, interns complain occasionally, and it's sometimes attacked by rabid squirrels, of course, but this is easy to deal with.
