Pros

DreamWorks Animation is one of the best places to work for in the Animation industry. A great work culture, amazing colleagues and good managers. Sad that it is downsizing now, not sure how the place will change with Jeffrey Katzenberg gone. Hope the new parent company preserves the culture and ethos of this great company.

Cons

A complex pipeline that is sometimes painful to work with. Legacy technology - they need to use more modern software, workflows and methods.
