Pros

DWA offers several perks such as free food, great parties and free movie screenings. Necessary resources are readily available or fairly easily attainable.

Cons

The schedules and demands are often unreasonable. Last minute requests often resulted in a work-life balance skewing heavily toward the work side. Unpredictability in the feature animation business and outsourcing to China, Indoa and Canada make job security a thing of the past. Fair compensation went away years ago.
