Pros

Lovely people on the teams, there are a lot of old timers there to learn about the history of the company and many of them are kind

Cons

Production staff are terribly underpaid. It seems the company lost a lot of its spirit when they were bought out. Leadership doesn’t seem to care about burning out staff both in artist and production, but especially production. You can’t afford the price to live in La with what they offer but they argue you should be in office most days. it’s all about that crunch. And if you don’t drink the cool-aid and say “everything is fine” while the office is on fire they get rid of you. The manager of the production staff shows favoritism and isn’t subtle about it
