Pros

Food on campus, nice people. Beautiful campus, sit/stand desks

Cons

Chronically overwork and underpay prod staff, can’t make a livable wage for the area. If you don’t drink the koolaid they consider you a problem. It’s been over a year and they still won’t sit and negotiate with prod staff for unionizing. Say they want diversity and inclusion but don’t follow that theos as all

Cons

🏛️ Corporate Influence – Post-acquisition changes (e.g., Comcast/NBCUniversal) have introduced more bureaucracy and less creative autonomy in some departments. 📉 Limited Upward Mobility – Some roles, especially in production support, may offer fewer clear paths for advancement. ⏳ Pacing Variability – Workload can fluctuate significantly depending on the production cycle or department. 💬 Communication Gaps – Like many large studios, internal communication can occasionally be siloed or unclear.
