Pros

It's honestly a great place to work at. If you want to work at a company that fosters a great community and invests in its employees through its many events such as screenings and family-oriented happenings, you definitely have to work here. Everyone is super friendly and the campus is beautiful, unlike anything in comparison. The free food of course is perhaps one of the best perks, I recommend to everyone to try once in their lifetime as a full-time employee or guest.

Cons

However, given such praise, the financial compensation isn't the greatest. There's a reason why it's considered some of the lowest in the industry. If you're also not interested in the work culture, I could see how it's suffocating as I like to separate my work life from my personal life.
