Mostly very good

Pros

Good location, good perks, pay is OK, benefits are good.

Cons

Little upward mobility, mainly because nobody leaves. The cross-studio workflows are a real hindrance to getting things done efficiently so there's a bit of frustration involved in anything of that nature. They try to make things cheaper by outsourcing but the work is done to a lower standard and requires more iterations, and hence, more back and forth than if it were just done here.

Pros

Great program with a lot of opportunities to hear interesting speakers and meet other interns.

Cons

For my specific department, there was not a lot of work to be done and I found myself being bored despite such a fun work environment.
