      Pros

      As everyone knows, Dreamworks' benefits are among the best in the industry. Employees treat each other with great respect and are clearly happy to be here.

      Cons

      There needs to be better communication among various departments/shows. Often, employees do not know what other departments do or how each division fits within the overall company.

      Pros

      Free breakfast and lunches, and dinners if you worked late. A membership at the gym, movie screenings, swag at movie releases, and great wrap parties.

      Cons

      Since the new management decided to shut down a whole studio while still investing in their overseas studios, I think the Cons are pretty clear. Oh, plus really low pay.

      Pros

      Great place to work, highly collaborative and creative environment. Some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with.

      Cons

      It's tough to be a movie studio these days. With costs of making animated films so high, each movie has to be a hit. A few missteps at the box office can lead to big problems.
