Pros

Great workplace environment and they really care about you. They provide a ton of perks which some might argue make up for the not-as-competitive salary. Definitely a place you'll enjoy working for and actually GOING to work for

Cons

Salary isn't as competitive as other studios

Pros

Fantastic work-life balance, beautiful campus, provided breakfast and lunch, a lot of employee perks such as screenings or previews in future projects, drawing sessions, there's a lot! Honestly, the best studio when it comes to benefits and perks. Happy to be a DreamWorker.

Cons

Not as competitive when it comes to salary, probably the only con to be honest that I've encountered.

Pros

Really amazing staff, great pay, super fun culture, work/life balance, unlike anything else, looking to mentor and promote if they see you as a great fit, major perks/benefits

Cons

None really. There were concerns in the past but they have addressed it!
