      Lots of time working with creatives, being involved with movie making

      Movie business is changing, especially the animation business, so stability is not as good as it used to be

      - a pleasure to communicate with colleagues - everybody feels responsible for the success of the project - low ego - artists are creative souls, and I was pleased to be around them - low pressure on deadlines schedule

      Cons

      Management is not transparent. Sometimes, it was unclear why we had to take a nonoptimal approach. There were some major cuts.
