I've worked at DreamzTech for 1.5 years, and I am so grateful I was hired as a fresher here. The culture is positive, and senior developers are always willing to cooperate and help. There is great opportunity to learn new technologies and apply them in ongoing live industry projects. Furthermore when the covid pandemic began, there was a smooth transition to a work from home policy and salary wasn't reduced or delayed.

I have been working at DreamzTech full-time for more than 1.5 years The company has ranked among first 50 fastest growing companies in India by Economic Times this year which is really encouraging and motivating. You can learn many things from this company. Here Seniors and Managers all are very helpful, if you stuck in any point, all seniors will help you or trying to help you to overcome from that situation. The Job security is much higher than other IT companies. In this COVID situation we got full sallery in every month with no delay. The salary structure is really good in the company. The package is much higher than average SMEs and you can get interest free loans based on your need and urgency (The company helped me with 2.5 lacs loans which was much needed).
