Excellent in employee retention, with employees often staying 10+ years. 4. Increment policies are fair, and there’s no need to chase them. 5. Engagement programs like sports events create a strong team spirit.

Pros

I am working in DreamzTech for last 5+ years with 2 Enterprise Clients. The clients are very happy with our performance. As we have team from different timezones we have been able to serve client 24x7. The company always strives to adapt latest technologies so there is plenty of scopes to learn new things. Currently I am associated with one of their blockchain and IoT based products that is ready to hit the ground. I can say the management has a vision to create new avenues through their latest developed products which is really appreciating. They are absolutely on a mission to build some extraordinary products and I am really proud to be a part of one. If anyone is looking to work in a good product startup, I can suggest to definitely opt for DreamzTech.

If someone loves to learn new tech stacks and do challenging job then there is no cons.
