I have worked in DreamzTech for 4 years till May, 2021 and today I can say I had the best experience working here. In DreamzTech, I have learned many new technologies (PWA, Power BI, Python) and learned how to take responsibilities and manage it. The empowerment DreamzTech gave and the trust they had showed upon me, helped me to boost my confidence and courage to take new challenges which is a vital part in software industry. The company pays very good salary, medical insurance, PF , zero interest loans and other benefits which really helps an employee to build his career and manage his life in a good manner. I , took 2.5 lakh personal loan and also got a paid leave for 1.5 month in an urgent situation. I had left the company during this great resignation period and now I am realizing it was a major wrong decision taken by me .Now, I miss the security, great working environment , young , visionary and friendly management.
