Pros

DreamzTech Solutions has provided me with the best possible platform I could have ever thought of. Not only the infrastructure is so amazing, but its policy towards employee welfare and development is also one of the reasons it can be called one of the best Organizations, that I have worked for. I have gained so much knowledge and exposure to global clients and culture helped me grow with my interpersonal and other soft skills as well. Their on job training imparts good educational and cultural values. Some of the PROS are: -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits -Nice management -very good environment -Support team to assess -Professional Growth -Personal Growth -Learning -Development

Pros

a). I feel a sense of security here, because don't need to worry about getting salary and increament on time or financial support if needed. So if you do good for the Company, Company will do better for you. b). Got opportunity to work on one of the biggest projects within a month of joining, so company always trust on each employees Skill set and help them to empower. c). Employees would always be recognized and rewarded for their outstanding work. d). Talking about working environment, I would say its a place to have more fun than doing work.
