Cons

Housing market crash really hurt the company (approx 2007) but back doing great things.

Loved working here. Had a very flexible schedule with reasonable pay. If I weren't just looking for a summer job it would have been great to continue.

Cons

The cons were the heat, but that depends on location. It didn't challenge me mentally as much but it was just a summer job.

On the job training and hands on teaching Benefits aren't bad as far as milage is paid as well as good health benefits

Cons

Management is lacking and at the same time a few are micro-mangers to the tee. As a builder trainee you may get shoved into a builder position without review of pay or even proper knowledge on jobs you take over
