Pros
Squints is a fun, creatively stimulating environment with a diverse staff and positive atmosphere. Coming to work here each day feels uplifting and productive, and I get to leave feeling accomplished . We each play an important role, and work great as a team. We have strong, knowledgeable leaders and a great support system. Knowing that my work is appreciated is very motivating.
Cons
I have honestly never worked in an office that compared to this one. There is nothing about my daily routine at Squints that I could complain about.
