Pros

Drips has been such a great place to grow both professionally and personally. There's tons of support for internal growth; always room to move up or try something new, and leadership genuinely encourages you to explore different paths within the company. Even though it’s a fully remote environment, the team culture is very impressive. It never feels isolating, there are constant efforts to keep people connected, whether it’s through virtual events, team chats, or local meet-ups. You really feel like part of a team, not just someone working alone behind a screen. The support here is amazing. Everyone’s willing to help, share what they know, and cheer each other on. It makes a big difference when you’re working in a fast-paced environment but still feel like you’ve got people in your corner. Overall, if you’re looking for a company where you can grow, be supported, and still have fun while working remotely, Drips is definitely worth checking out.

Cons

The fast-paced environment at Drips definitely isn't for everyone. Things can move quickly, priorities shift, and you have to be comfortable with change. If you're someone who needs a super structured, slow-and-steady type of workflow, this might feel overwhelming at times. That said, if you're a go-getter who likes taking initiative and can pivot without losing momentum, you’ll probably thrive here. Flexibility and adaptability are key, being able to roll with the punches and still deliver your best work goes a long way.

Pros

I’ve been at Drips for five years, and it’s rare to find a company culture as welcoming and supportive. Despite significant growth and overcoming major industry challenges, Drips has maintained a close-knit, personal feel. Every executive remains accessible, engaged, and genuinely committed to employee satisfaction, making it a great place to work and grow.

Cons

One challenge at Drips is that priorities can shift quickly as the company evolves and adapts to industry changes. While this keeps things exciting and fast-paced, it can sometimes mean adjusting focus on short notice. Flexibility is key and new hires should be able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Pros

This is the happiest I've been at a job, due in part to the industry but also largely the company. Working remotely is one of the biggest Pros--we are fully remote, forever. Hiring is pretty selective, leading to a GREAT team of very passionate and helpful people--I love my colleagues. I started with limited experience in the field (just some college and freelance experience programming) and was able to move from an analyst to an SDET, with a path to SDE too. I've always felt there is a lot of room for growth here with lots of support and encouragement. It probably sounds like I'm drinking the kool-aid, and that's because I am. It's overall a great place to work.

Cons

Starting pay lower than industry standard (but I started with no experience and was given lots of support working my way up, and increased compensation follows) The job can be demanding at times and there are high expectations for performance. There are periods of crunch to meet deadlines, as in many tech oriented companies (getting somewhat better as the company matures though)
