Business Outlook
Pros
Medical benefits, free food (before Pandemic), really cool office. A nice change of pace for most Akron employers. Company is on track to be wildly succesful.
Cons
Pay is not awful, but not quite competitive.No equity sharing despite being a startup. Drips core service offering is sending automated marketing texts/follow ups... some of the companies in the customer base (ambulance chasers, predatory debt consolidators) can be kind of icky which makes Drips guilty by association. The worst part for me was how little autonomy/creativity there is for most of the employes. If you are happy with your pay, and good at shutting up and doing as you're told, you could be a good fit.
