Pros

There are definitely some smart, talented folks at Drive.

Cons

I don’t usually write negative reviews this is actually the first one I’ve ever written in my professional career. The best way to put it is Career Catfishing. The onboarding training process felt more reactive than proactive. There was little structure or clear direction, and support from management often came only after problems had already escalated. Transparency was lacking, which made it difficult to feel aligned or confident in the work. The office culture was cliquish, and certain interactions felt more dismissive than constructive. Burnout set in quickly due to unclear expectations and a lack of guidance. Progress felt slow, a few months in the role felt significantly longer because of the mental strain. There are some talented individuals at Drive, and I truly hoped for a more positive experience, but unfortunately, the environment made it difficult to thrive.

Pros

You will definitely enjoy working with the people at Drive. If you are struggling, there are steps in place to help you improve and get the help you need in order to be successful.

Cons

The job is not easy. Working in sales you will get rejection a lot so if you are rejection sensitive, this is not for you. Hard work results in good pay though.

Pros

This company and the role that I have held for about a year at this point has been great. Coming from college into a sales position, I wasn't sure if I would be successful. Luckily, Drive had the resources and time invested into my training. I now feel that I am prepared for whatever roles come ahead in my career!

Cons

You'll be working very hard. It's a difficult job generating business, but extremely rewarding intrinsically and monetarily.
