Overall, Great Experience

Pros

The company is growing quickly. If you're eager and driven, this is the place for you. The majority of the leadership team encourages you to ask questions and avoid office drama. Offices are beginning to pop up (or were prior to the pandemic) in other cities, so there's potential for you to move based on good performance and work ethic. They offer general benefits and 401K options after your first year of employment. Also, if you're able to get your work done well early, you're free to leave. Holiday party is a blast and they spare no expense.

Cons

With any quickly-growing company comes challenges. With the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown, this slowed some of the expanding the company had originally planned on. If you have a good work ethic and are able to avoid traditional office gossip and drama, you won't have any problems.

Pros

Incredible team, very cool offices, fair compensation, room for upward mobility. Drive is a great place to work if you are prepared to work hard and expect a lot out of your career. You will receive lots of great experience and guidance from all members of leadership, and the CEO will take persona stake in your individual professional success. I worked directly with AE Liam Waddy, who was professional and courteous and took time to help me develop. I worked directly with Director of Strategy Stephen Nations, who cared more about this company and his employees than anyone I've ever worked with, and I learned a lot from Owner Josh Sample, who is the most passionate and hard-working business owner I've ever met. Everyone on my team stood out as hard-working experts and I am incredibly proud of what we accomplished together during my short time with Drive. You may have to work long hours sometimes and you will absolutely have to push yourself and expect more out of yourself than you have at any job you've had before Drive, but if you believe in your abilities and you are willing to work hard to advance your career, you will have the ability to master your craft and you will get promoted at Drive. They recognize talent, hard work, and good attitudes. If you care about advancing your career, Drive will care about helping you do so.

Cons

If you're not willing to work hard, you won't like it. Not every job is super easy with low expectations and Drive is not one of those jobs either. There's nothing wrong with taking a job that is easy, but if you work at Drive you won't find any of those jobs. If you want something easy so that you can phone it in, don't work here.

If you want to grow as an employee this is the place for you

Cons

If you come up with 1/2 baked ideas you will get shut down. Think things out and you will be fine
