      Work with great people and pay is on par with what you put into it.

      Cons

      Company was expanding and now is reducing its work force. Employees are uncertain about future due to sudden changes.

      Favoritism by management will make you miss out on deals.

      Pros

      Salaried, so get paid even for doing nothing.

      Cons

      Long hours almost everyday. No work/life balance. If you have children or loved ones you will rarely see them. They are constantly doing payroll cuts and bonus adjustments taking money anyway from the sales team and claiming it will make you more money. Also they will string you along for a promotion just to keep you happy. Very little opportunity for advancement, they change their metrics for promotions all the time to deny you the opportunity. Any one who is a sales manager or higher has been there a minimum of 5 years, so lots of seniority you have to deal with.
