Pros

Benefits, there is no other Pros about this place.

Cons

Worked like a slave, will not furnish tools, no off time, and never on the same page day to day.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our goal is for our employees to have a positive employee experience, and it is unfortunate that your time here did not reflect this. We understand that during high volume seasons, extra dedication is requested from our staff. As an organization, we recognize and value the need for our employees to take breaks and to utilize our Paid Time Off as part of our benefits package. Your advice about more training in the field is appreciated as this is something that we are actively working on today.

We're disappointed to hear this feedback. We understand that detail positions can, at times, be physically demanding but we are always looking for creative and fun ways to reward employees for their hard work and build skills to allow employees to take on new opportunities within the organization!

Pros

Fairly good culture, good people, host contests for free lunches, and extra cash. Rotating driver for managers. In rare occasions, able to take company car out of town. The competitive base salary for SA's is a good start depending on your region.

Cons

An abundance of issues with vehicles, little to no work-life balance for most Managers, space for promotion is minuscule due to lack of opportunities within the region. Have some of the same bad habits most older companies struggle with, hire intelligent employees and often treat them as if the employees can't read between the lines. The line of ethics from positions above the dealership level is often blurred when referring to new company objective or profit. Often overwork managers, especially when dealerships in the area are short-staffed. Some managers go weeks and are only able to see their families for a few hours. This will diminish productivity. There's isn't a person on earth that will continue to do that forever. Supervisor and company seem out of touch with the real-life human experience of its employees. Quality of the product is decreasing due to increased focus on profit. Realism usually is set aside in any sales position.
