Financial stability for our employees is very important to us and we are happy to hear your positive feedback on the the salary + bonus pay structure at our dealerships. We are disappointed to hear your feedback regarding favoritism as that does not align with our culture or core values. Thank you for sharing.

Pros

Salaried, so get paid even for doing nothing.

Cons

Long hours almost everyday. No work/life balance. If you have children or loved ones you will rarely see them. They are constantly doing payroll cuts and bonus adjustments taking money anyway from the sales team and claiming it will make you more money. Also they will string you along for a promotion just to keep you happy. Very little opportunity for advancement, they change their metrics for promotions all the time to deny you the opportunity. Any one who is a sales manager or higher has been there a minimum of 5 years, so lots of seniority you have to deal with.
